2. Since we've now had three successive cancellations, due to non-existent low submission rates, I think it's about time that digi_icontest closed its metaphorical doors. THEME 1: COLOUR
Open to interpretation.

THEME 2: FACELESS
The focal character in your icon must have their faces hidden. If the character is facing forward, then at least their eyes have to be hidden.
